Still paying your water bill with a paper statement? To promote the use of e-billing and the “My Water Manager” user service system, the Taipei Water Department is launching a special campaign from August 11 to November 30, 2025. Customers can simply join the Your Water Manager service, link their water account, apply for e-billing, and complete registration—three easy steps for a chance to win up to NT$300,000!

According to the Taipei Water Department, this initiative supports the Taipei City Government’s net zero and digital governance policies by continuing to promote paper reduction, carbon reduction, and digital services. In addition to the existing “e-Bill + e-Payment: Save NT$10 Every Cycle” offer, the “Go e-Bill, Save Energy & Cut Carbon” lucky draw aims to encourage more customers to enjoy the convenience and speed of e-billing and the My Water Manager service. The My Water Manager system integrates multiple commonly used water service functions, all at your fingertips, including online bill payment, bill management, invoice prize notifications, alerts for abnormal water usage or planned water shortages water outages, water quality checks, and detailed water usage tracking, making water service management more convenient than ever.

Lucky Draw Details:

I. Eligible Participants: E-billing customers within the Taipei Water Department service area.

II. Eligibility Criteria: Water accounts registered under categories “A” (General), “B” and “B2” (Military Dependents), and classified as non-commercial.

III. How to Enter:

1.Join the My Water Manager user service system.

2.Link your water account and apply for e-billing (skip this step if already registered).

3.Complete the lucky draw registration on the My Water Manager platform.

Each eligible water account will receive one lucky draw entry! The draw is scheduled for December 2025, with prizes including NT$300,000 for 1 winner, NT$100,000 for 3 winners, NT$10,000 for 10 winners, and NT$1,000 for 100 winners. That’s a total of 114 prizes worth NT$800,000 waiting to be claimed!

With just three simple steps, you can easily join the lucky draw, enjoy the convenience of digital water services, and contribute to energy saving and carbon reduction.
