To promote the use of e-billing and the “My Water Manager” user service system, the Taipei Water Department is launching a special lucky draw campaign. Users within its service area can participate simply by completing three easy steps—and get the chance to take home the top prize of NT$300,000! This campaign runs until November 30, 2025. Taipei Water Department explained that it has long been dedicated to reducing paper use, cutting carbon emissions, and advancing digital services. To further encourage adoption of e-billing and the “My Water Manager” service system, it has organized the “Go Green with E-Billing” lucky draw campaign, inviting more users across its service area to enjoy the convenience of fast, paperless e-bills and the comprehensive services of “My Water Manager.” The Taipei Water Department’s service area includes: Taipei City, Yonghe District and Xindian District of New Taipei City, most of Zhonghe District (east of Yuanshan Road), Sanchong District (east of the Erchong Floodway), and seven boroughs in Xizhi District—Beishan, Huanhe, Hengke, Fushan, Yixing, Zhongshan, and Dongshi.

According to Taipei Water Department, the “My Water Manager” service system integrates a wide range of commonly used water utility functions, including: online payment, bill management, invoice prize notifications, alerts on abnormal water usage, and construction-related water outage notices. Users can also check water quality information and track their water consumption—all designed to help households “manage bills and water usage more efficiently, save money, and enjoy peace of mind.”

Taipei Water Department further announced the details of the lucky draw campaign as follows: 1. Eligible Participants: Users within the Taipei Water Department service area who subscribe to e-billing. 2. Eligibility Criteria: Water accounts registered under categories “A” (General), “B” and “B2” (Military Dependents), and classified as non-commercial. 3. Steps to Enter the Lucky Draw: 1. Register for the “My Water Manager” user service system. 2. Link your water account and apply for e-billing (skip this step if already registered). 3. Complete the lucky draw registration on the My Water Manager platform.

Each eligible water account will receive one lucky draw entry. The draw will be held in December 2025, with prizes including NT$300,000 for 1 winner, NT$100,000 for 3 winners, NT$10,000 for 10 winners, and NT$1,000 for 100 winners—a total of 114 prizes with a combined value of NT$800,000.
