The Customer Service Center at TWD Headquarter and its 5 district business offices are always ready to help customers with their water-related needs, answer inquiries, offer advice, process comments, and provide assistance in every aspect.The service covers application for initiation, suspension, and resumption of water delivery, billing and payment of water charges, application for payment of water charges from bank or post office account, water quality test, and repair of leakage from distribution piping. Customers can pay their water bills at the nearest bank, any of TWD’s district business offices, and the Service Center at TWD headquarters even without a water charges notice.
