Taipei Water Department (TWD) is a customer-oriented public utility operator. How to better serve water consumers tops the list of its priorities. The Customer Service Center at TWD Headquarter and its 5 district business offices (see Table below) are always ready to help customers with their water-related needs, answering inquiries, offering advice, processing comments, and providing assistance in every aspect. The scope of their service covers, among others, application for initiation, suspension, and resumption of water delivery, billing and payment of water charges, application for payment of water charges from bank or post office account, water quality test, and repair of leakage from distribution piping.
