  1. Application for suspending water supply.
  2. Water bill, Water No. or address provided by applicant.
  3. For natural person: Please provide identification documents; for online application, MOICA (Citizen Digital Certificate) may be used.
  4. For entity customer:
    (1) With business registration: Our Department will visit websites of competent agency to check and if found no error, the application will be accepted. For online application, MOEACA (Business Certificate) may be used.
    (2) Other legal person or organization without business registration: Documents of approval for establishment issued by competent agency shall be provided.
  5. If the certified documents or registration information of applicant is not made to the address of water consumption, supporting documents shall be provided to prove water consumption.
  6. For commissioned application, in addition to the required documents above, power of attorney and identification document of the agent shall be provided.
Remarks
  1. Customers who don’t need water supply may apply for suspension and during the period of suspension, no base rate will be charged. When applying for restoration, restoration fee will be charged based on the caliber of water supply equipment and other necessary cost and expenses. If the suspension is longer than 2 years without restoration, applicant applying for restoration should pay all necessary cost and expenses and can stipulate new water supply contract separately.
  2. If the applicant is not the actual water consumer, our Department may accept the application of restoration of the actual water consumer, in case of controversy.
  3. After accepting application of suspension, if our Department is prevented from completing meter removal due to causes attributable to the customer (such as sites fixed and sealed or buried by concrete), the customer will be notified that the suspension application is invalid and the temporary charges received can be placed for payment of future water charge.
  4. Processing time does not include the meter removal time.
  5. Online application is fully programmed and the applicant shall check thoroughly the required documents and clear up all outstanding charges.
  6. Ordinary application includes applying in person, commissioned application, mailing and fax. The processing time shall be counted from the time when our Department received the application. Application filed through mailing or fax and identification documents shall be signed or stamped properly, and all outstanding charges shall be cleared.
Notices for
online application
  1. Telephone for communication must be filled out correctly to facilitate notification of charges payable and other related matters.
  2. If our Department is prevented from completing meter removal due to causes attributable to customer after accepting suspension, we will notify the customer that the suspension is invalid and the temporary charges received can be placed for payment of future water charges.
  3. When filing the application, applicant shall have identification documents ready and water bill and clear up outstanding charges. If the applicant is not the actual water consumer, our Department may terminate the suspension application in case of controversy.
  4. Within one week after payment completion, on-site meter removal will be completed.
