1. Reservation process for the general public:
2. Please click on the "Self-Guided Tour" section on the Taipei Water Park's official website. After filling in your personal information and logging in, select the desired itinerary, date, time slot and quantity. Then, fill in the names of the participants and invoice details. After confirming, click on "Check Out" to receive the "Reservation Completion Payment Notice." Please complete the payment within 2 days (including holidays) starting from the following day to secure your reservation. Upon completing your reservation successfully, you will receive an automatic "Reservation Completion Notification” from the system. Additionally, a "Confirmation of Tour Notification" will be sent to your email 10 days before the tour date, which includes the QR Code required for entry. In the event that the minimum participant requirement is not met, you will receive a "Tour Failure Notification" to initiate the refund process.
3. Following a successful payment, you will receive an automatic "Payment Success Notification." Likewise, 10 days prior to the departure date, a "Confirmation of Tour Notification" will be sent to your email, containing the QR Code required for entry. In the event that the minimum participant requirement is not met, you will receive a "Tour Failure Notification" to initiate the refund process.
[Attention]
1. Please refrain from damaging the environment of the Museum of Drinking Water. To maintain the safety of the water environment, please do not bring fragile items or glass containers to fill water from the Artesian spring. Please also take your trash with you. Violators will be subject to penalties in accordance with the Water Supply Act and the Waste Disposal Act.
2. The paths along the Yangmingshan Artesian Springs and Taipei Water Park include stair climbing, which can become slippery during rainy conditions. It is therefore advisable to bring hiking poles for balance and to minimize slipping risks. Furthermore, please remember to carry a water bottle, rain gear and wear appropriate sportswear and sturdy, non-slip shoes. Elderly individuals, young children, and those with mobility limitations should evaluate carefully whether or not the tour is suitable for them.
3. For self-guided tours:
[Taipei Water Park - Guanyinshan Reservoir] Individual self-guided tours are is only available for purchase on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM), as well as on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons (13:45 - 15:15), with a maximum capacity of 40 people per session. The ticket price is NT$200 per person.
[Yangmingshan Artesian Springs] Individual self-guided tour is only available for purchase on Friday and Sunday mornings (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM), with a maximum capacity of 40 people per session. The ticket price is NT$200 per person.
The above individual self-guided tour itineraries are only available for booking by individuals and will be issued a two-part invoice by the system. Please note that the maximum number of participants per order is 5 people. For single-session individual self-guided tour bookings, if the minimum group size is not met (minimum of 10 people for both Taipei Water Park - Guanyinshan Reservoir and Yangmingshan Artesian Springs), please make your reservation before the system closes pre-booking (10 days before departure). Single-session individual self-guided tours require sufficient bookings to form a group.
4. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please be aware that it may incur additional handling fees and breach of contract charges according to the terms of the agreement. To initiate a cancellation, please log in to the Taipei Good Water Exploration Tour reservation website and submit a refund request. The calculation principles for handling fees and breach of contract charges are as follows (the fees charged will not exceed the tour fee paid in the respective reservation):
● Handling Fee: A 5% handling fee shall be charged for cancellations made after registration.
● Breach of Contract Charges:
(1) Cancellations made within 21 to 30 days before the departure date shall incur a 10% compensation fee.
(2) Cancellations made within 11 to 20 days before the departure date shall incur a 20% compensation fee.
(3) Cancellations made within 4 to 10 days before the departure date shall incur a 30% compensation fee.
(4) Cancellations made within 1 to 3 days before the departure date shall incur a 70% compensation fee.
(5) Cancellations made on or after the departure date shall incur a 100% compensation fee.
5. Should you need to replace participants for the individual free tour, please make changes to the list of travelers yourself within the "My Itinerary" section of your personal account profile at least 5 days before the departure date.
6. In the event of the official announcement of the suspension of class and work by the Taipei City Government, the tour will be canceled accordingly. We will send notification via SMS (please ensure that the mobile number provided during booking is accurate). In the event of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, we will initiate a full refund (no rescheduling service is available).
7. Your reservation shall be considered valid only after completion of payment.
8. Resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.
