Regarding the road surface pothole incident that occurred this morning (12th) across from No. 248 Kunming Street in Wanhua District, Taipei City, the Taipei Water Department immediately responded upon notification. The cause was identified as a loose fitting in a 40mm customer water supply pipe, resulting in a leak. The Department has dispatched personnel and equipment to carry out emergency repairs, which are expected to be completed by the end of the workday.

The site is situated on a one-way, two-lane road, and one lane has been closed off with caution tape for safety during the repair work. The water supply to the surrounding area remains unaffected during the repair. In case of any water supply issues, water trucks and water stations will be available as needed.
